Printer
The term printer refers to all devices that output computer data in graphic form on paper or film. A distinction is made between two types of printers: Non-impact printers (laser printers, inkjet printers) and impact printers (dot matrix printers).
For very large format prints in CAD applications, a plotter is normally used.
