Inkjet Printer

Currently, inkjet printers are probably the most popular printers for home use.

They quickly print text and graphic in colour and at high resolutions (as far as I know, some newer models manage resolutions of up to 1,440 x 1,440 dpi).

Inkjet printers are dependable and popular due to their wide range of potential uses. These printers are available for DM 120 and up.

This makes them quite a bit cheaper than their competitors, the laser printers, whose colour versions are unaffordable for mere mortals.

Most printers have four colours: BCYM, or black, cyan, yellow and magenta.

However, some printers come with two different shades of cyan (as well as five ink cartridges), which provides more realistic print quality for graphics.

All other colours needed for the display are mixed on the paper.
