Graphics Card

A graphics card is an important computer component. Apart from printers, the graphics card is the only way in which a computer can communicate with the user.

The graphics card is a plug-in card that is inserted into a slot on the motherboard. From there it sends data to the screen.

The screen resolution that can be displayed on a monitor primarily depends on the graphics card as well. The graphics processor, which determines the actual speed of the card, is very important.
